Horse Whisperer Diary -- week #7

Here it is Easter Sunday, the day all Christians celebrate the resurrection of Jesus. What a glorious day that gives us so much to look forward to. He may be coming back real soon.

I have done a lot of things with Luke this week to see if I could get a change of attitude. I tied an inner tube to a power pole and tied him up so he could not get hurt. He really tried to get away and pulled real hard on the lead for a long time. When I untied him for the night he led pretty good and I thought maybe he was going to let me touch him. No way. Still the same attitude. I can touch him with a stick or with a rope but not with my hand. I led him with Ben, my other mustang and thought that I could get my hands on him from up above him, but he is so quick and so determined that I can not get my hands on him.

Those of you who are praying for me, keep it up as I do not want to get discouraged. We had some bad weather this week so there is no slideshow. Check back next week to see how things go.
